What are the check-in procedures?

All guests must complete our registration form and security hold prior to receiving the check-in instructions. Once completed, we’ll send you a detailed property information sheet with directions, parking info, WiFi details, and your check-in instructions.

Most properties use a digital keypad or smart lock for self check-in. Guests will receive their access code in their instructions. Some other properties with front desks may provide key cards, while others are equipped with a lock box.

What time is check-in?

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. If you are checking in late at night, please be sure to complete the registration form a day prior to receive your check-in instructions.

Can I check in early?

Early check-in is based on availability. We will notify you on the day of arrival once your unit is ready. Guests can also reserve early check-in in advance for a fee. Contact us for more info.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is 11:00 AM, except for our Florida Keys properties where it is 10:00 AM.

Do you allow late check-out?

We do not offer complimentary late check-out. However, late check-out can be reserved in advance for a fee, depending on availability.

What are the check-out procedures?

Please make sure you:

• Leave any keys or parking passes inside the unit.

• Gather trash and towels.

That’s it! Our housekeeping team will handle the rest.

Do you offer housekeeping during the stay?

Daily housekeeping is not included. The cleaning fee covers cleaning after departure. If you’d like daily or mid-stay housekeeping, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Contact us for more details.

Is WiFi included?

Yes, all properties include complimentary WiFi. Instructions will be provided in your check-in guide. 

Where can I park?

Parking varies by property. Details for your specific location are included in the booking page before confirming your reservation, and in your check-in instructions. Most vacation rental properties offer complimentary on-site parking, but some hotels and Inns may have paid parking options.
